SOFTWARE FOR TREE COMPANIES

The ads run.The phone gets answered. The job gets written down.

TreeLeads is the software behind a tree company's front office. It runs your Google Search campaigns, answers what they produce, writes every inbound call into your CRM before you have hung up, and chases the estimates nobody had time to chase.

THE INSTRUMENT

Ten stages between a search and a paid job.

Most tree companies can see the first two stages and the last one. Everything in between happens on somebody's memory. This is the whole path, in the order money moves through it, and every stage is instrumented.

WHERE IT LEAKS

You don't have a lead problem. You have a path problem.

The call comes in at 4:40pm and nobody writes it down. The estimate goes out on Thursday and nobody follows up. The job closes and nobody asks for the review. None of that is a marketing failure — it is a handoff failure, and it happens in the gaps between stages that nobody instruments.

  • A call nobody logged is indistinguishable from a call that never happened.
  • An estimate with no follow-up is a quote you paid to produce and then abandoned.
  • A finished job with no review request is the cheapest marketing you will ever skip.
WHAT THE SOFTWARE DOES

Six things that used to depend on someone remembering.

Pick one to see what it actually does.

The storm starts the campaign, not a meeting about the campaign.

A severe-weather alert in your service area activates campaigns you prepared in advance. No phone call, no scramble, no waiting until Monday to decide whether to spend. You are in the auction while the homeowner is still looking at the branch on the roof.

THE FLAGSHIP

A storm is a 48-hour window. Most companies spend it in a meeting.

Emergency work arrives without warning and leaves just as fast. Storm Chasers watches the National Weather Service for alerts in the areas you cover and turns on the campaigns you already built, so the decision was made in advance rather than in the middle of it.

THE RULE

One company per service area.

We do not sell the same lead twice and we do not run two clients against each other in the same auction. When we take your territory, it is yours for as long as you are with us. That single rule is why we quote engagements on a call instead of publishing a number that would be wrong for most people reading it.

WHAT THE INDUSTRY DATA SAYS

Three numbers that are not ours.

We are a young company and we do not publish results we cannot evidence. These are industry figures, each with its source, and they describe the problem rather than our record against it.

ON YOUR OWN ACCOUNTS

It runs on accounts you own, with access you can revoke.

The advertising runs in a Google Ads account connected by you, at Google's own consent screen. We read what the campaigns cost and produced so the reporting is real, and on managed engagements we make the changes you are paying us to make. What that access covers, and what it never touches, is written out in plain language.

  • You connect the account. We never connect one for you.
  • Access can be revoked from your Google account at any time, without our cooperation.
  • Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising outside your own account, and never pooled with another customer's.

One call. Your numbers, not a generic table.

We take your average job value, what you are doing now, and where you want to be in twelve months, and work the arithmetic in front of you. If your territory is already taken, you will find out on that call rather than after a proposal.
