03 — CALL CAPTURE

Every call, written down.

The most expensive thing in a tree business is a call nobody wrote down. This is the fix, and it is narrower than what most people sell under the same name.

WHAT IT DOES
  • Records the inbound call.
  • Transcribes and summarises it.
  • Saves the summary as a note on the contact record.
  • Writes first name, last name, email and phone into the contact, with no typing.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
  • It does not move deals through your pipeline on its own.
  • It does not quote work.
  • It does not decide anything. A human reads the note and decides.

We are specific about this because the version everyone sells — the one that listens to your calls and quietly runs your business — does not exist yet. The gap between the demo and the Tuesday is where trust dies, so we would rather describe the narrow thing that works.

ON RECORDING AND CONSENT

Recording, stated plainly.

Calls to tracked numbers may be recorded and transcribed. Where the caller's state requires all-party consent, the call carries a recording announcement before the conversation starts. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 24 months, or deleted sooner on request. The detail is in the privacy policy.

How many calls did you take last Thursday?

If the honest answer is a guess, that is the number this fixes first.
